Eva's first babbling

Eva has taken her sweet time making babbling or consonant sounds but today she found another part of her voice. Mainly when she's playing by herself and doesn't think you're watching, but I caught a smidge on video along with a little laughing. :)

She found a pear

A couple days ago Eva found the goodies in the CSA box that was sitting on the kitchen floor. She chowed down on a kiwi skin and all with daddy, and then later found a pear. It was pretty quiet and when I found her she was happily putting teeth marks into it, so I contained her in the high chair and let her go to town. She happily and with determination ate nearly the whole thing, core and all.

10 hours!

I wanted to take a cute photo of Eva today to commemorate this, but since that didn't happen text will have to do...

Eva slept 10 hours straight in the crib last night! 7pm to nearly 5am! 

Not bad for starting crib sleeping a month ago! Early birthday gift for mama :)

Cora walking her puppy ;)

Cora is utilizing her pony harness she made at school last year to walk her baby sister like a dog. But she complains that her puppy doesn't follow directions very well and she has to go where the puppy wants. ;)

Someone likes to feed herself

Our little foodie has decided that a spoon isn't yummy and she has to feed herself. It's ugly, and so so messy, but she gets it in!

Next time, no clothes! And I'm eagerly awaiting warmer weather so we can move this hot mess outside!
