Trying out the baby carrier that mom wore me in back in the day...I must not have the straps right, but she's super happy it in and seems well positioned. Went right to sleep! 

Eva @ 7 months

At 7 months Eva has started rolling over, pulling things to her mouth to suck on, is great at smiling and loves social time/eye contact, and she will have a "conversation" with you when she's in the mood.   She's 13 lbs and we just had to move into 3 month size clothes because of her long legs! 0-3 fit around, and even a newborn dress was worn as a tunic just fine, but if it has feet she is out of room!

And her official food themed nickname is "Ebleskiver." Cora started as "baby burrito" and ended up as our little Chulupa, and she did NOT want me calling Eva "Chalupa."

She saw the cardiologist this week and her PDA is still open, but since she is doing "great!" per the doc we can wait and see for 6 more months. So we go back next year and see how she's doing then - I'm thrilled with a 6 month return visit (instead of a month or two).

2015 4th of July afternoon happenings

Cora was completely drenched in the water fight! I think her dress weighed about 5 lbs!

Eva was underwhelmed but it all and was doing her own thing. She rolled over for the first witnessed time! She rolled over and we were bothering her and put her back on her back again, then she rolled to her tummy again and promptly went to sleep for a nice outdoor nap.

And then the girls with their tattoos! Our tradition :)
